  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days. Since we work with local and international suppliers, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently, we ship across Australia and New Zealand. If you're located in a regional or remote area, your delivery might take a few days extra. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon!
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also log in to your account and view your order status anytime.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?

  • What’s your return policy?
    We offer hassle-free 14-day returns on most items. If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply contact us, and we’ll help you through the return process. ➡️ Note: Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?
    Since we partner with multiple suppliers, your items might ship from different warehouses. Don’t worry — your full order will still arrive!

    Absolutely! We use secure payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal and Afterpay, so your data is always safe and encrypted.
