Shipping Policy
At The Easy Deals, we aim to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Standard shipping takes 10-20 business days, while express shipping (where available) takes 5-10 business days. Processing takes 1-3 business days, and delays may occur due to carriers or customs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination—international orders may incur customs fees, which are your responsibility. We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once shipped. Please note: delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed, so double-check at checkout. We ship to Australia and Worldwide, but customs delays and fees may apply, payable by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! You can return items within 25 days of delivery if they’re unused, in original packaging, with tags attached. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened and in resellable condition. To initiate a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return—we’ll provide a return address after review. Returns must be shipped with a tracking number; we’re not responsible for lost returns. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for damaged or incorrect items, where we’ll cover the cost. For low-cost items, we may offer a refund without requiring a return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 days of receiving the return. Exchanges are subject to availability—store credit may be offered if the item is out of stock. Discounted items, gift cards, and perishables are final sale and cannot be returned.
